This website is operated by Day Job. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to us, Day Job.

Day Job provides this website, including the information, products and services available through it. Our store is very helpfully powered by Shopify.

By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns Policy and any other policies referred to on this website. We have definitely read them.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately, including their dimensions, materials and colours.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly from those shown on screen because of differences between displays and the nature of printed materials.

We may change or discontinue products, or limit quantities available, at any time.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. Products supplied by us must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

3. ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase from us. Your order is accepted when we confirm that we have accepted it.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example because a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or product-information error, or we are unable to authorise your payment.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will obviously refund the amount paid.

Please check your order details carefully before submitting your order. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at anything@dayjob.works. We cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once an order has been prepared or dispatched, but we'll always do our best.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).

The price charged will be the price displayed when you place your order. Delivery charges and available delivery options will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed.

We may change our prices, offers and promotions at any time, but this will not affect orders we have already accepted.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website. Delivery times shown are estimates rather than guarantees and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Your order remains our responsibility until it's delivered to you, or to someone you've asked to receive it on your behalf.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Your rights to cancel an online order and to return goods are explained in our Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms or our Returns Policy affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website – including our artwork, designs, photography, text, logos and branding – belongs to Day Job or is used by us with permission.

It may not be reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without our permission.

8. SHOPIFY AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

As mentioned above, our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

Purchases made through this store are made directly from Day Job, not Shopify.

Our website may also use services provided by third parties, including payment and delivery providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply when you use those services.

10. ERRORS AND AVAILABILITY

We do our best, but occasionally information on our website may contain an error or omission relating to a product description, price, promotion, delivery charge or availability.

Where we discover an error, we may correct the information and, where reasonably necessary, contact you about an affected order. If we cannot fulfil an order at the correct price or as described, we may cancel it and refund any amount you have paid.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when we entered into the contract with you, or for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
